The Resident District Commissioner, Jinja, Eric Sakwa has been arrested.
Well-placed source say he was picked Friday evening from one of the local radios, in a talk show, by the State House Anti-Corruption Unit headed by Lt. Col. Edith Nakalema.
The accusation against him is aggravated torture that resulted into death.
Sakwa is currently being held at the Central Police Station, Jinja.
