Command1post’s Patson Baraire reports that the Police in Kabale District are investigating circumstances surrounding the disappearance and eventual murder of Medard Ainebyoona also known as Katahirima, a resident of Makanga Hill in Kabale Municipality.
Sources say Ainebyoona went missing from his home on April 12, 2019 and on April 15, 2019, his father Sam Mugisha reported a case of a missing person at the police, Vide SD 72/15/04/2019
Kigezi Regional Police Spokesman Elly Maate told journalist that the body of Ainebyoona was yesterday morning recovered in a trench in Karugasha cell in Butobere Ward in Central Division of Kabale Municipality.
Maate said that when the deceased body was recovered with found with the left arm cut off and with several injuries on the head.
Maate said that the murder of Ainebyoona remains a puzzle and they have asked who ever could help the police in Investigation to report to the Police.
