Veteran scribe, Joseph Kabuleta’s file containing a proposed charge of offensive communication against the Person of the President has been sent to the Directorate of Public Prosecutions for advice.
This after his arrest last Friday for ‘attacking’ the President using social media platforms.
Speaking to the media on Monday, Police spokesperson Fred Enanga said the file has been sent to the DPP.
The DPP is expected to advise whether the evidence filed is able to stand in court visa-vie the proposed charge.
Kabuleta, still detained at the Special Investigations Division is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
