HOIMA: CCEDU Names hot spots ahead of Thursday polls

(CCEDU) has named hot spots ahead of Thursdays Hoima Woman Member of Parliament by-election.

Details of Hoima Municipality, Kigorobya and Buseruka being hot spots are contained in CCEDU’s pre-election statement authored Wednesday.

On Thursday, 143, 273 voters go to vote across 266 polling stations.

CCEDU observers will monitor the pre-polling, polling; and tallying of votes at Kijungu Hoima Municipality in a race NRM flag-bearer Harriet Businge Mugenyi is facing FDC’s Asinansi Nyakato, the joint opposition candidate for the Hoima Woman MP seat.

Security is expected to be tight in Hoima Municipality, Kigorobya and Buseruka.
