Makerere University’s Directorate of Human Resources has summoned 12 university employees (current and previous) to appear before Appointments Board sitting November 15, 2019 to respond to disciplinary committee matters against them.
According to a notice dated October 21, 2019 signed by Director, Human Resources, Andrew Abunyang, the summoned employees are to defend themselves before the Appointments Board at 9am in the Council Room, University Main Building.
“Please note that if you fail to appear, the Appointments Board will proceed to consider and determine the complaints against you in your absence,” the notice warns.
The officers are; Robert Ejom (Nsibirwa), Stephen Barinawe (Estates and Works), Moses Eryau (School of Law), James Opio Eutu (Botany), Waiswa Banuli (Security), Erunasan Kayongo (Estates and Works), Yowani Likambo (Galloway), Leonard Sibomana (Library), Achileo Musajjalwaza (Security), David Abadi (Security), Geofrey Kabeera (Security) and Francis Nturanabo (Mechanical Engineering).
