Developing: Police report from Masindi shows a single serious accident involving a V8 Toyota Land Cruiser, registration number UBF 566G belonging to Kilak North County Akol Anthony.
The incident happened 8am Tuesday morning at Kayera along the Kampala-Gulu highway.
The lawmaker was in the vehicle.
All the 3 occupants of the vehicle were rushed to Kiryandongo hospital.
APRIL
In April this year, Akol was involved in a similar accident that nearly claimed his life. He was then being driven in a Toyota Prado, registration UAY 347W while on his way from Gulu to Kampala when his driver, Felix Ongora knocked a cow. The incident was at Wakisanyi village in Nakasongola along Gulu-Kampala high way. He was rushed to Kiryandongo and later transferred to International Hospital in Kampala for proper management.
