The police Wednesday evening arrested Milton Habert, 49, a resident of Kishanje Village, Nyakabungo Ward, Rubanda Town Council for allegedly defiling his six-year-old daughter.
The case involving his arrest was registered last year Vide Ref 24/03/12/2019 but the suspect has been on the run until Wednesday when he surfaced.
It is then that he was arrested.
According to police, the suspect is being detained at Rubanda District Police headquarters on aggravated defilement.
