52-year-old woman discovered dead in eucalyptus plantation

The Police at the Central Police Station, Kabale are investigating the death of a woman aged 52.

Peace Mugabwire’s body was discovered at Bushogota Village, Kicumbi Parish in Kamuganguzi Sub-County Wednesday morning by children on their way to school.

This a day after she told her neighbors that she was going to visit a one Mubusoni.

Regional Police spokesman Elly Maate said her body has no sign of violence.

Sources however say the deceased was a habitual drunkard.

Her body is currently at Kabale Hospital mortuary for postmortem as investigation Vide SD/30/18/09/19 continues.
