ARUA PRISON BREAK: 17 escapees at large as their details go missing

Data gathered by this news site shows that Arua Central Government Prions had 851 inmates.

Currently, they are only 828.

They include seven (injured) and three (shot dead).

This data was arrived at following a head count after Saturday incident in which 30 inmates climbed a perimeter wall fence before fleeing.

However, well-placed sources say details of escapees are missing and therefore, they can’t be traced.

Normalcy and calm, has, however, been reported in the West Nile district.
