Paul Wanyoto Rallies Mbale City Youths to turn in Large Numbers at Minister Balamu Mobilisation Visit.

City lawyer Paul Wanyoto Mugoya a distinguished high court advocate and chairman of Mbale city land board has rallied crowds of young people in Mbale city to turn up in huge numbers to welcome and take part at Mbale cricket ground on Friday 22 August 25 during the youth mobilisation visit of state minister for youths and children affairs Balamu Balugahara.

 Minister Balamu Barugahara will raid Mbale city in one of his rare mobilisations drives to the youths and deliver supportive development messages aimed at fighting poverty among the young people.

The minister is expected to also deliver new strategies of NRM mobilisation among the youths who are yet to encounter challenges during the forthcoming general elections.

Paul Wanyoto who is a darling of the youths from Mbale city particularly Northern division where they asked him to represent them at parliament come 2026 general election has been moving at different gatherings with a call to the youths and members of the public to turn up in big numbers during the Balamu visit.

Wanyoto Paul is also a long-time childhood friend of minister Balamu Barugahara and his coming to Mbale insiders disclosed to us that was influenced by Wanyoto so that he talks to his people.

Both Wanyoto and Balamu want the youths of Mbale city to access new opportunities of jobs, skills and self sustainability during the coming five (5) years of the political term.

“Such functions are where youths are scouted for big roles in Government like RDCs , presidential mobilizers and other jobs in the Government sector” A source intimated to this publication.

Wanyoto a man with vast legal expertise, big network hails from Lumumba cell in Nabweya Northern Division is the new political kid on Mbale city vetting block ranking higher than anyone for Northern city division parliamentary slot and the coming of minister Balamu Barugahara adds more weight on his political milage according to analysis.

Reports from Mbale disclosed that for the last two weeks Wanyoto has been moving day and night meeting youths with a call to turn up in big numbers and not miss any word from minister Balamu Barugahara.

“Turn up in large numbers and listen to the minister, he has a very strong message for the youth and goodies” Wanyoto said at several youth gatherings in the Northern Mbale city division.

 Wanyoto and other leaders in Mbale are praying that rain does not disrupt the youth mobilisation function .

However, several youths who spoke to this publication told us that the coming of minister Balamu Barugahara is an important thing in their lives and would feel free to interact and ask him developmental questions.
