Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool has said marriage between artists cannot last.
In a TV interview on NTV the Beat Tuesday, Bebe said he knew the Marriage between Eddie Kenzo and Rema Namakula could not work.
“You can’t have your wife go to Masaka to for a show and you are in Gulu. Someone else is with your wife in Masaka for a week,” he said.
He explained that he pulled Zuena out of music so as to standout, thanks to his understanding woman, Zuena.
He also cited example of international artists; Jay Z and Beyonce when he said Jay Z stepped off music and allowed his wife to continue as he (Jay Z) took on business.
“Otherwise, one person will out a hit song and the world will start comparing the two of you because it’s a competition,” he said adding.
Bebe however advised that one can only understand marriage from the inside.
“But above all, you need to understand marriage when you are in it. Marriage is hard to understand,” he said.
