For a long time, the Uganda Police Force has been battling creators and operators of fake twitter accounts used in spreading harmful information.
However, we can report that the luck of impersonators have run out.
CID detectives are holding three people who have been behind the fake accounts. They are; Allan Ochan and Calvin Mugerwa.
Investigators believe they are behind the creation of @lowkey-255 and police_uganda on twitter.
The police say they are to face several charges that include Impersonation, giving out false information and forgery among others.
