EC Gives City Lawyer Pass to Bobi Wine’s Academic Papers

City lawyer, Male K. Mabirizi, is a step closer to accessing academic papers of presidential hopeful, Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine.

Earlier, the controversial lawyer wrote to the Electoral Commission requesting for copies of certified academic papers belonging to the lawmaker.

It is then that the EC responded to Mabirizi’s request in a letter above.

In response, Mabirizi has Tuesday paid Shs20, 000 with a bank charge of Shs2,500 as EC’s requirement for him to access copies of Kyagulanyi’s documents presented before the EC.

With the payment made, he is expected to receive certified copies of Kyagulanyi’s academic papers soon.
