Top officials at the Office of the Prime Minister have been arrested.
Sources say OPM Permanent Secretary Christine Guwatude Kintu, Joel Wanjala, Fred Lutimba and Commissioner Martin Owor were arrested by the State House Anti-Corruption team led by Lt. Col. Edith Nakalema on Thursday.
This, after they were found to be inflating prices and rejecting lower price offers from suppliers.
