COVID-19 Scare as OWC’s Ocaya Dies

The family of Col. Christopher Ocaya Acellam and the Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) fraternity are in a Covid-19 scare following his death Monday.

Well-placed sources say Ocaya died from the Mulago Hospital.

His cause of death is yet to be established through a postmortem, an OWC source, said.

However, both family and OWC sources say signs presented prior to his death were identical to those of Coronavirus.

By press time, Uganda had recorded 7,530 Covid-19 cases and 73 deaths while recoveries stand at 3,647.
