COVID-19: Uganda’s recovery grows to 8

The State Minister in charge Primary Health Care, Joyce Moriku Kaducu has Tuesday presided over the discharge of a patient after full recovery in quarantine.

The patient who has been quarantined at Adjumani Hospital is said to have tested negative twice after 14 days of treatment.

This now puts the total number of recoveries to 8.

More than 10 people are expected to be discharged this week.

This, as Uganda continues the fight against COVID-19 with for the next 21 days, 54 confirmed cases for the nation.
