DEVELOPING: Son to ISO Chief convicted of girlfriend’s murder

Brian Bagyenda who is accused of killing his 22-year-old girlfriend Enid Twijukye in January 2016 has been convicted of murder.

Bagyenda, a pharmacist was on Monday convicted by Justice Moses Kazibwe of the High Court in Kampala alongside his accomplices Innocent Bainomugisha, a-24year-old cleaner, and Vincent Rwahwire, a 28-year-old casual worker.

Bagenda is the son to Director General Internal Security Organization
