Opposition Forum for Democratic Change activist in Masaka, Pastor Umar Zzimbe has asked for forgiveness from President Yoweri Museveni and the National Resistance Movement for what he termed bad prayers.
Zzimbe repented at the weekend in Masaka, at a high-end fundction attended by deputy government spokesperson, Col. Shaban Bantariza and NRM Electoral Commission boss, Dr. Tanga Odoi.
As if to connect his
true ‘repentance’, Zzimbe crossed from FDC to the NRM with 75 others.
Zzimbe was known for
leading anti-NRM National Chairman, President Yoweri Museveni prayers wherever
the opposition party had an event in Buddu.
He, however, said all is gone, before announcing his defection to the ruling party.
