In the latest army reshuffle by the CiC, President Yoweri Museveni, Maj. Gen. Innocent Oula who also doubles as one of army representatives in the 10^th Parliament is appointed Deputy Managing Director, National Enterprise Corporation. Fresh from Defence and Strategic Studies course – NDU at the Specialized Senior Military Command College, China, Maj. Gen. Don William Nabaaasa has been named Contigent Commander, AMISOM.
