Hima Police Division has registered a case of murder by shooting of Night Kabugho, 20.
Kabugho was shot dead by Pedson Maate, a security guard with SWAT Security Company on allegation that his wife was a habitual drunkard and prostitute.
The incident happened at 10pm Thursday night at Maliba Trading Center in Kasese District.
The police say Maate has been arrested, killer gun number UG PSO 123836/101424XR recovered and body taken to Kasese Municipal Mortuary pending postmortem.
Sources say the matter is being probed Vide CRB 382/2019.
