fell on his head. Site Managers first thought someone pushed the block but
nothing. No one was even nearby when only one block, 2 meters high, came down
from the line. No blood dropped,” an impeccable source said.
The incident that killed John Bosco
Ochibarac, a casual laborer at the military hospital, Mbuya, happened February
10, 2020.
He was rushed to hospital but the
former resident of Nsambya barracks and an Alur by tribe, was pronounced dead
on arrival.
The army hospital estimated to cost
US$35m is funded by the Uganda People’s Defence Force and is being constructed
by Chinese company, China National Aero-Technology International Engineering
Corp Ltd at a cost of Shs105 billion.
