IHK Doctor Murder: Slain Medic was to pay rent at new apartment day she went missing

Dr. Catherine Agaba had by the time of her disappearance sourced a new apartment.

She was to pay for it at Shs800, 000 on April, 2019, the very day she went missing.

This is a revelation of her ‘boda guy’ following the death of Agaba whose body was retrieved from a septic tank in Muyenga, a Kampala posh suburb.

“She told me she would instead take another house, near Bukasa taxi stage that was being let out for Shs800, 000,” Andrew Muyomba told the New Vision.

He added that on April 13, 2019, Agaba phoned him at 2:14 pm telling him that she was going to the saloon but would need him later, because she wanted to pay for the rent for the house at Bukasa.

However, Muyomba never heard from again until he got information from her workmates that she was missing.

Muyomba revealed that he was quizzed by detectives at Kabalagala Police Division on the matter but that he was freed after he told them that his dealings with her was strictly business.

Agaba was to reward Muyomba shs100, 000 for helping her locate a house.
