4. Superintendent – Civil

Age: Above 35.

Qualifications: Advanced craft certificate in painting and decoration. Diploma in Commercial Art and Design will be an added advantage.

At least 6 years working experience in a related field.

5. Technician – A/C & Refrigeration

Qualification: Should be a diploma holder in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning obtained from a recognized institution a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a refrigeration technician with basic repair and maintenance skills.
