Kidnap 4 Ransom: Step mum, hubby go partying, 2-year old Snatched for ransom

The Central Police Station, Kagadi has kicked off probe into the kidnap of Mary Sumayya, 2, who was kidnapped by unknown people about 12am Wednesday morning.

Sources say her parents left her at home with three others but that her captors broke into the house, kidnapping her.

At the time of the incident that happened at Kyamukunisa Village, Kibanga Ward in Kagadi Town Council, her parents; Fred Hebert and step mother, Asifa Tusiime had gone partying to usher in 2020.

DEMAND FOR RANSOM

This news site understands that the victim’s captors are phoning her parents for a ransom of Shs800, 000 upon which the little girl shall be freed.

Investigators say the incoming calls are from mobile telephone number 0785554606.

The police say the matter is being probed Vide CRB 001/2020 of Kagadi.
