22 senior police officers have been summoned to attend a two months course in Political Education and Leadership Development for Military, Police and Prisons officers at the National Leadership Institute, Kyankwanzi.
Well-placed sources say the officers are to report October 20, 2019 and have been tasked to handover office to those second in command.
