Minister Kibuule on Bashir: Museveni is a General who fought for peace, can’t go like that

Junior Water Minister, Ronald Kibuule has said those thinking President Yoweri Museveni will ‘go’ just like Omar al-Bashir are dreaming.

He said Museveni being overthrown is impossible and that he (Museveni) is still a darling of Ugandans.

“When Sudan’s President, Omar al Bashir was ousted, some opposition politicians said what was happening in Sudan will soon come here. Sudan is a different country from Uganda and Museveni is a general who fought for peace. He cannot just go like that,” Kibuule who also doubles as Mukono North Member of Parliament said while addressing his voters last Friday at the launch of four-acre model farming project.
