Milton Obote Foundation: Men opposed to Akena’s UPC reign listed for fat jobs, pay

Milton Obote Foundation has proposed names of new members for admission into the foundation.

Well-placed sources say Joseph Elotu, Dr. Ikibbo Apollo, Caleb Kamure, Astone Nkwenge, Isha Otto, Terence Oyepa and Eng. Darlington Sakwa have been proposed pending the convening of the 13^th Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Foundation to be held at Uganda House on November 1, 2019.

This news site understands that the proposal is in line with Articles 2, 5, 8, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 22, 28, 36, 38 and 44 of the Articles of Association of MOF.

However, the nominees are known critics of UPC President Jimmy Akena and his administration and paid allegiance to defunct Olara Otunu faction.
