Academic papers belonging to Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine have leaked.
This, days after city lawyer Male Mabirizi wrote to the Electoral Commission asking for copies of the lawmaker’s certified academic papers.
However, barely a week after Mabirizi was granted access to these papers, they have leaked.
