Victoria Advocates & Legal Consultants has written to the Electoral Commission Chairman, Justice Simon Mugenyi Byabakama, to disqualify Erute County South Member of Parliament (MP) aspirant, Sam Engola, on grounds that he is a clan leader.
This news site understands, Engola, has been Otikokin clan head since February 22, 2017.
It is against the above background that Moses Ewal Odongo, a voter, through his lawyers of Victoria Advocates & Legal Consultants, want the EC to declare Engola ineligible to run for the MP seat.
