Rwandan Intelligence Organ orders deportation of arrested Ugandans

The National Intelligence and Security Services has ordered Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration to deport three Ugandans recently detained in Rwanda.

This details are contained in a deportation order dated November 19, 2019 and authored by Director Geneal, Immigration and Emigration, Francois Regis Gatarayiha.

The said deportees include; Ivan Niringiyimana, Nicolas Tumwesigye and Beatha Nyiramuco.

Rwanda argues that the exercise is in line with Article 15 of the law no. 04/2011 on Immigration and Emigration in Rwanda and Article  38, 39 of the ministerial order no. 02/01 (establishing regulations and procedures of implementing immigration and emigration law.
