Shocking secret details coming from Mbale city Northern Division is that sections of NRM diehards from the area have vowed to vote independent candidate and city lawyer Paul Wanyoto as the next member of parliament for Northern Division Mbale city.
Speaking to this publication but identities withheld the NRM bigwigs some holding positions in their party disclosed that they have secretly planned and vowed to vote for a person who can represent the needs of the local people and is none other than Paul Wanyoto.

Mugoya Wanyoto was in the previous election and though he lost to Seth Wambede his goals to have the Northern city division get real representation in parliament is still on.
Mbale city was formerly dominated by opposition MPs from the FDC like Alfred Kajeke, Jack Wamai Wamanga and Sizomu Gashom now Wanyoto believes the voters are misrepresented under the ruling regime therefore he wants to reclaim it.
Wanyoto joined the PLU of Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba the current CFD while he is a close baddie of vision group CEO Don Wanyama, He grew up and among the child friend is the current state minister for children affairs Balamu Barugahare and several senior securities offers in Government.
