Top Masaka businesswoman stabbed dead

MASAKA: Hajjat Aisha Mayanja Nantayi, the proprietor of Banakinsige Enterprises is dead.

Nantayi was discovered stabbed dead Thursday morning by unknown assailants and her body abandoned inside her house.

Her house was left swept empty by her killers.

Regional Police spokesman Paul Kangave confirmed the incident that happened at Soweto, Masaka Municipality.

“The body was discovered by her neighbors, who informed the police. We reached at the scene, picked the body and took it to Masaka Referral hospital,” Kangave said.

The motive of her killers remain unknown.

Kangave said investigations into the matter is on-going.
