Ugandans enter South Sudan to smuggle cigarettes, kidnapped for ransom

A case of kidnap has been filed by Rahima Ariye, 29, a resident of Lorikowo West village in Amuru district that husband, a businessman in the area has been kidnapped in South Sudan.

According to Ariye, Issa Likambo and others were kidnapped at midnight on January 6, 2020.

The victims, according to sources, the victims entered the newest neighboring nation to smuggle super match into Uganda.
