Our Senior Reporter and Editor, Francis Otucu, currently at Kabalagala Police Division reports that four senior officers have been arrested and detained for attempting to defraud Kooki Tower owner with claims he sacrificed two people and buried them while putting up his shopping centre on Buganda Road, Kampala. This building sits opposite the Central Police Station, Kampala.
The officers whose identities have not been revealed yet are at the rank of Superintendent of Police (SP). Only one officer is a Constable while one of the officers is a former convict at Makindye Military Barracks.
Well-placed sources say all the officers were formerly attached to lethal, Flying Squad Unit (FSU).
Kampala Metropolitan Police are yet to formally comment on this developing story.
