For the first time in years, President Yoweri Museveni is to get a challenger for the flag bearer position.
Ahmed Kalule Mukasa, a city lawyer and Partner at Crane Associated Advocates declared his intentions to run against Museveni Sunday. He is to pick nomination papers Monday. Should he stick to his announcement, the move to have President Museveni as the only NRM candidate will have collapsed.
NRM starts issuance of forms today to those seeking to run for presidency under the ruling party ticket. The exercise is to end in three days. Museveni is expected to pick forms today.

It’s ideal to have a challenger .but I support M7 for the post.Kalule is no good to Ugandans. I wish them good luck.
That is not true. Even a blind person can see that Kalule is just an actor.
