GERMAN NATIONAL, Philip Patemann has his car impounded at Pabo Police Station after an accident in which he knocked dead a rider.
Irrefutable sources say Patemann was driving a Toyota Land Cruiser Registration number T347DKS when a motor cycle registration number UEZ 157G (Bajaj boxer/red) made an abrupt U-turn.
It is then that Patemann crashed to death, Charles Okello, 35, a resident of Kal A, Turu, Kal Parish, Pabo, Amuru district.
Regional Police Spokesman, Jimmy Patrick Okema confirmed the accident to this news site.
He said Okello’s body is at Pabo Lacor Branch for postmortem Vide TAR 32/2020 as further inquiries continue.
