Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics or Statistics. Post graduate Specializations in M & E shall be an added advantage. You are required to have at least 5 years’ experience in programme management within an NGO context, including Monitoring and Evaluation.

2.   Program Officer, Natural Resource Governance

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or equivalent. A relevant post graduate qualification will be an added advantage. A years’ relevant experience. Post graduate training in development field eg. PPM, M&E shall be an added advantage. 4 years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable NGO.

3.   Driver 

Qualifications and Experience: ‘A’ level education and clean driving permit up to classes A, B, CM, DL and DM. At least 5 years’ working experience in a large reputable organization.

1.     Principal

Qualifications/Experience: Qualified teacher, honors degree in essential and Master’s degree is desirable. Registered with a professional body. Married with a family is an added advantage. 10 years and above teaching and at least 5 years of leadership experience in Cambridge Curriculum School and experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

2.     Human Capital Coordinator

Qualifications & Experience: Honor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance and Management, MBA in Human Resource Management is an added advantage. 3 year’s experienxce in Human Resources Management in an International environment is an added advantage.

3.     Corporate Communications Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience: Honors degree in Business related course, Media Studies, Marketing or behavioral sciences is essential. Marketing postgraduate qualification is desirable. Working experience from Public Relations, Marketing, Fundraising, events promotion and/or journalism is an added advantage. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar industry is a requirement.
