The NRM Election Disputes Tribunal Chairperson, John Musiime, has cautioned all aggrieved members of the recent party primaries not to attempt to defy or undermine the outcomes but take them as final positions

Musiime who was flanked by the NRM party director legal affairs Enock Barata told a press conference 6th August 2025 that  they are releasing a total of 46 rulings which have been sent by email to both the petitioners and respondents who are free to pick hard copies of the rulings

He pointed out that they have released the first batch of 46 rulings from petitions arising out of the recent party primaries for parliamentary seats of which rulings cover cases that were heard on the first day of the hearings, which began last Tuesday.

He observed that more rulings shall be released consecutively in the coming days and urged all concerned parties to stay calm and support the status quo for the good of the party
