Talent hub, Onduparaka FC has Friday confirmed Dan Obote Kagere has been named Club’s Chief Scout, Lango and Eastern region.
In a statement through the club’s official website, the club said the announcement is a move aimed at widening the catch past West Nile.
Kagere, according to Onduparaka, has been instrumental in the acquisition of 5 new signings; Augustine Akoch, Opiyo Nelson, Emmanuel Odur, Okech Emmanuel and Okello Jasper.
Kagere, formerly of URA, SC Villa, Boroboro FC and internationally with Rayon Sports in Rwanda; Vasco Da Gama, FC Cape Town and Ikapa Sporting (South African clubs) holds coaching qualifications in FUFA beginners, Level D and CAF C Coaching license.
In his playing days, he featured for the U-20 (Hippos) and U-23 (Kobs).
