Through his official Twitter account this afternoon, US President Donald Trump said Uganda must find kidnappers of American, Kimberley Sue Endicott and her driver, Paul Mirenge.
He noted that arresting and bringing to book the said kidnappers would boost confidence of visitors.
“Uganda must find the kidnappers of the American Tourist and guide before people will feel safe in going there. Bring them to justice openly and quickly!” he tweeted.
His tweet comes exactly about time the IGP, Martins Okoth Ochola is handing Kimberley over the US Ambassador in Uganda.
Kimberley and her guide were released by their captors yesterday and five days in captivity.
