Two held over teenager kidnap

The Police at the Central Police Station, Kisoro are holding two people over the kidnap of a 17-year-old.

Gerald Gatutsi, 24, and Evalist Tumushime, 28 were arrested following disappearance of Vicent Tuyizere, 17.

Tuyizere, a resident of Nyaruyaga village, Nyamirima ward in Kiroso twon went missing on June 18, 2019 after a bar brawl with Gatutsi and Tumushime.

The pair are said to have assaulted the teenager and since then, he (Tumushime) has never been seen.

The matter has been registered Vide CRB  457/2019.
