The Federation of Uganda Football Association announced Friday night defender Rehema Adubango had died by electrocution.
Adubango was until her death attached to Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC.
“It’s a sad moment in Uganda Women Football. Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC have lost Defender Rehema Adubango who was electrocuted,” FUFA announced in a statement last night.
Adubango was part of the team that played against UCU Lady Crdinals yesterday at the StarTimes Stadium, Lugogo.
