UPC’s Bossa dies in Netherlands

Ex-UPC Vice President, Joseph Bossa is dead.

Sources say Bossa died Tuesday morning in Netherlands.  

Andrew Omara, an administrator at UPC confirmed Bossa’s death.

Not much is known about Bossa’s death.

In a tweet Tuesday morning, the Judiciary said funeral announcement arrangements will be announced in due course.

Bossa was husband to Justice Solome Balungi Bossa of the International Criminal Court.
