According to Elly Piwang, the Chief Administrative Officer, the bicycles would be distributed to the intended beneficiaries after the official launch of the Parish Development Model (PDM) in Kibuku district by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

CAO Piwang noted that the launch is expected on the 6th February 2022.
