The deceased was being rushed by colleagues to a Ugandan hospital.
The other smuggler victims seriously injured are; Lusizi Rwamayangye, 22 and Nyihabusa Ronald, 23.
The injured were rushed to Rubaya HC4 for further management and have Saturday been transferred to Kabale referral hospital while the deceased body is at the hospital mortuary for postmortem.
