The police are hunting down assailants suspected to have taken part in the murder of a records officer at Mbale Main Hospital.
The incident that ended Rogers Yapi’s life is said to have happened 8pm May 23, 2020 as the 38-year-old retired home.
“The body was found lying in the middle of the road having a stab injury on the nose,” an impeccable source said.
The motive of the incident that happened at Somero, Namatala, Industrial Division is yet to be established.
No arrests have been made yet in relation to the murder, the police say.
The body is at the municipal mortuary for postmortem as investigations Vide CRB/896/2020 continues.
