The police have made changes in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation.
A communication vide HRM 131/133/09/655 signed by Human Resources Director, M. M Balimwoyo indicates that 34 officers have with immediate effect been moved.
Some officers who have been working upcountry have been recalled and deployed within Kampala Metropolitan Police while a section who have been within (KMP) have been sent upcountry.
Only one officer, according to the message, has been reverted from CID to General Duties.
