SEDITION: Kasumba’s house under siege, search

Last night, NBS TV anchor and reporter, Samson Kasumba was arrested for perpetrating sedition.

He spent a night in detention at Kira Road Police Station.

However, this news site understands that his Naalya home is under search for what is privy to investigators.

His workmate, Sheilah Nduhukire’s tweet correlates search claims.

“I can confirm that Samson was arrested last night. He’s being led to his home for a search. No one knows why he’s being searched before he even records a statement,” she tweeted Tuesday morning.

Security is yet to formally comment on Kasumba’s arrest.
