

Ruparelia group has donated Shs30 million towards JK Soccer Academy that was launched over the weekend.
The Joe Kigozi Academy was launched at Lugogo training grounds adjacent to UMA show grounds.
The contribution was made by chairman of Ruparelia group, Mr. Sudhir Ruparelia in company of his son Rajiv Ruparelia. Apart from venturing in almost all the sectors in the country, the property mogul is now investing in sports.
Recently Rajiv Ruparelia joined motor sport and has significantly won two rallies, Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda (FMU) Autocross championship the took place in Kayunga and the Mosac Autocross Championship that occurred in Kapeeka, Nakaseke District.
The academy according to the former sports journalist who doubles as the propriety, is aimed at developing and exploring Ugandan football talents.
Located along Kiira Road, the academy is registering children aged from 3 years to 16 years and they will be registered at an offer of Shs150,000. According to Kigozi, the offer comes up with a jersey
