Defence Minister to wed Sunday, Museveni expected as Chief Guest

State minister for defence Charles Okello Engola Macodwogo is set to wed his wife, Joyce, this Sunday.  Close family sources say the high-end function is to be hosted at the retired army colonel’s upcountry home in Iceme, Oyam North, Oyam District.

His boss, President Yoweri Museveni who also doubles as the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces is expected to grace the event as Chief Guest.

Last weekend, both the President and Okello Engola were in Kalaki at Lt. Gen. Peter Elwelu’s home for a thanksgiving.
